This page describes what information ZyQon Technologies (“ZyQon”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit zyqontech.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain English.
1. What we collect
- Contact form submissions — the name, email, and message you send. Used solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Analytics (only with your consent) — anonymized page views and aggregate browser/device info via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- Server logs — standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for at most 30 days for security and debugging.
2. Cookies
We store one preference cookie locally (zyqon-cookie-consent) to remember your choice on the consent banner. If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads and may set its own cookies (_ga, _gid, etc.). You can revoke consent any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain.
3. Who we share with
We do not sell or rent your data. The only third parties involved are:
- Google — for Tag Manager / Analytics, only after you grant consent.
- Our mailer provider — transactional email delivery for replies to your contact-form submission.
- Hosting — the site is served by Vercel; standard infrastructure logs apply.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or delete it. Email info@zyqontech.com with the subject “Data Request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
5. Children
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
